2. Services Overview EuroAsia Connect provides consultancy and assistance for legal migration, job placements, and related services. Our role is to guide and facilitate your application process but does not guarantee employment or visa approval.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and truthful information.

• Ensure that all required documents are submitted in a timely manner.

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations during the migration and job application process.

4. Payment Details

• Advance Payment: 500 Euros.

• Upon Permit Approval: 1,000 Euros.

• After Visa Issuance: 3,500 Euros.

  Please note that insurance, embassy fees, and airfare are not included in the above payments. This agreement applies to Malaysia, Qatar, Kuwait, and Oman.

5. Refund Policy

• In the event of a first-time visa refusal, a second attempt will be made through the embassy in Bangladesh or the nearest available country.

• If the visa application is rejected a second time, the client will receive a refund of 1,000 Euros, excluding the non-refundable advance payment of 500 Euros.

6. Limitation of File Submission

• Currently, we are not accepting files from Bangladesh, Qatar, and Dubai. Updates regarding these locations will be provided in the future.

7. Limitation of Liability EuroAsia Connect is not liable for:

• Rejection of applications by employers or immigration authorities.

• Delays or changes in government policies that may affect your application.

• Any damages arising from misrepresentation of information provided by you.

8. Confidentiality We are committed to protecting your personal information. All data provided will be handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

9. Prohibited Activities You agree not to:

• Misuse our services or website.

• Submit fraudulent or falsified documents.

• Engage in any unlawful activities while using our services.

10. Modification of Terms EuroAsia Connect reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
